Non-custom pieces can be exchanged for a credit in the shop if returned within 7 business days and in the same condition as received. Please contact the shop within 24-48 hours upon receiving piece(s) to set up exchange or credit in the shop. Return shipping not included.

There is a $35 resizing fee on single stone rings. Multi-stone rings are on a case-by-case basis.

Resizing can endanger the integrity of the ring, therefore, there are no guarantees.

All orders include free shipping and insurance in the US. If you would like to add insurance with a signature, please contact the shop upon placing your order. Made-to-order take 7-14 days to process and make. Ready-made orders take 2-5 business days to ship.

All orders come gift-wrapped, along with a sunshine polishing cloth to keep your jewelry shiny and clean.

Please feel free to contact the shop if a stone becomes loose or has a tiny jiggle. If you drop or break your piece of jewelry, contact the shop for a repair estimate.

You are welcome to send back your piece to have it professionally polished, free of charge, shipping not included.
